Android
To get started, download the DigitalJetstream Mobile Connect app from the Google Play Store. You can find the app by searching "DigitalJetstream". Make sure to accept all the permission requests or the app will not launch.
After downloading and installing SNAPmobile from the Google Play store, you are presented with the login page. This login name and password will be the same credentials you would use to log into the Portal. If you are unsure of your credentials, please see the Forgot Login Name or Forgot Password articles.

iOS

If you need the iOS version of SNAPmobile iOS Download. If you need the Android version, Android Download. After downloading and installing SNAPmobile from the App Store, you are presented with the login page. This login name and password will be the same credentials you would use to log into the Portal.
