How Do I Access My SMS Database?
To access your SMS account, follow these steps:
1. Goto: https://mobile.digitaljetstream.com
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Click the menu bar on the top left of the page
4. Click on Members
5. You will see a Members List: In this list you will have the ability to upload or download the member list.
Note: If Uploading a list, you have to use .csv lists limited to 500 members per list.
Contact our customer service department for a package upgrade if necessary as each package has a specific number of outgoing blasts associated with it.
