How do I check my voicemail?

There are four (4) different ways to check your DigitalJetstream LLC. voicemail:

1. To check and listen to your DigitalJetstream voicemail, simply enter "123" on the keypad of your system connected phone.

2. Log in to Customer Account Login (cPanel) and click on Voicemail. Choose the mailbox that you are trying to

llisten to your messages for (if applicable) and click on the .WAV file attachments at the bottom of your page.

You can also navigate through different folders and organize your voice messages at your convenience.

3. You can have an email notification sent to a valid email address with a .WAV file

attached. Open the attached file and listen to this voice message on your computer's media player.

4. Your mobile or any other phone by dialing your DigitalJetstream VoIP number and pressing 0 immediately when you hear the voicemail message. Then, enter your voicemail password.  Default Password: 1234#  (Please change this password at your earliest convenience.)

You will then be able to access all your voicemail options via any of the methods mentioned above.

Note that if you have chosen the "Send SMS Notification" option that your destination SMS address needs to be compliant with your mobile phone carrier. If you're unsure of your SMS Gateway, we recommend first checking out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMS_gateway
