To check your voicemail via telephone:
While away from your DigitalJetstream device:
- Dial your DigitalJetstream telephone number.
- As soon as voicemail picks up, press 0.
- Enter the PIN you created when you setup the voicemail box when prompted.
From a DigitalJetstream connected phone:
- Dial 123
- Enter your password when prompted.
To check your voicemail via a browser (regular users):
- Login to your cPanel at: Customer Account Login
- Click on the "Voicemail" tab
To check your voicemail via a browser (toll free users):
- Login to your cPanel at: Customer Account Login
- Click on "Beta" (Light blue tab)
- Click on "Voicemail" (In the dark blue section)
- Click on the Mailbox Name of the voicemail box you wish to check messages on.
To have your messages emailed to you (regular users):
This will only email new messages to you, not any of the messages that are already in the mailbox.
- Login to your cPanel at: Customer Account Login
- Click on "Voicemail" (Light blue tab)
- Enter an email address in the "Send E-Mail Notification to:" field.
- Select "Yes" in the "Attach Message" drop down box.
- Click "Save Changes".
To have your messages emailed to you (toll free users):
This will only email new messages to you, not any of the messages that are already in the mailbox.
- Login to your vPanel at: Customer Account Login
- Click on "Beta" (Light blue tab)
- Click on "Voicemail" (In the dark blue section)
- Click on the Mailbox Name of the voicemail box you wish to enable notifications on.
- Enter an email address in the "Send E-Mail Notification To:" field.
- Select "Yes" in the Attach Message drop down box.
- Click "Save Changes".
