My device has connectivity, but will not register.

If your Internet provider includes a modem that also acts as a router, you may need to disable the firewall or stateful packet inspection. Having the "Security Level" set to anything other than "Low", "Off", or "None" may prevent the device from registering to the server. In some cases, you may need to enable bridged mode or "share the public IP" with your device or router (if you have another router in front of our device). If you have another router in front of your device, you may need to configure that router with the port forwarding specified below.

If your modem or firewall has the option for SIP translations or SIP ALG, be sure to disable it.

Please make sure that ports 5060-5080 (TCP/UDP) and 5004-65000 (UDP) are forwarded to your device.
