How do I initiate 3-Way Calling?

 In order to establish 3-Way Calling you must first have a phone that is capable of 3-Way Calling. This phone is usually equipped with a Flash button or a Talk/Flash button combo. Here is the step by step process of initiating 3-Way Calling (for most phones):

  1. You must be on a call with a party.
  2. Press your Flash/Talk button to put the party on hold and pick up the second line.
  3. Dial the party's number you wish to reach.
  4. Once you've established that the call is going through, press the Flash/Talk button to conference in the two parties.
