DigitalJetstream Email Access
When you access an email account through a desktop or mobile device through DigitalJetstream's home page, click the blue box in the upper right hand corner and scroll down to the email server your account is on. Customers prior to 2010 will use Email 1.0. All customer after the previous mentioned date will use Email 2.0. Login with the full email address you setup and password you provided us, or was provided to you.
Once you've logged in you have a few options for email carriers. We suggest Roundcube, Horde is a more robust system that will attach calendars, automatic email newsletters, etc., but will take some time to learn the system if you're a novice.
- Horde: A sophisticated system that allows calendars and and future email creation with all the bells and whistels you will ever need. (You need to manually set the parameters you want in this email system.)
- Roundcube: Less complicated than the previous but just as effective. (Our suggestion for people wanting quick access to their email.)
- Squirrel Mail: First email system. (We kept this on our platform for nastalga, we don't suggest using it.)
Accessing email through this portal always available. Email applications such as Microsoft Outlook 2000® for Windows®, or a Smart Phone device like an iPhone, Android or Windows based operating system, the email application will require specific information about your email account. You can request the auto-configure options to attempt to automatically configure your email application. If the available options are not compatible with your application, you will need to use the Manual Settings information.
