Why do I hear a busy tone when trying to make outgoing calls?

When you hear a busy tone when trying to place an outgoing call, the problem may be related to your adapter being unable to register with DigitalJetstream's Network. DigitalJetstream VOIP will be unable to route any outgoing calls if your phone adapter is unable to register. This is why you end up hearing a fast busy signal.

Please follow the following steps if you are unable to make outgoing calls:
  1. Verify that you are connected to the internet
  2. Check your firewall settings on your router (if one's applicable)
  3. Power cycle your modem, router (if one's applied to your network), and adapter.

If your problem still persists please contact support toll free at 866.607.5070 or via email at support@digitaljetstream.com.
